Title: Manufacturing Engineer Duration: 12 months Overview Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support a combination product manufacturing line focused on process optimization and improvement within a medical device environment. The role involves enhancing adhesive preparation/application, bonding processes, real-time inspection, and scaling up to commercialization (Phase 3 → PPQ). Key Responsibilities Optimize adhesive mixing and application (using Speed Mixer with vacuum and centrifuge). Improve bonding process and in-line inspection; update work instructions with operators. Enhance throughput and reduce waste/scrap. Support scale-up to commercialization and PPQ readiness. Requirements Medical device manufacturing experience — especially in assembly, adhesives, and bonding. Strong communication and hands‑on problem‑solving skills. Ability to provide clear examples of past process improvement projects. Preferred Combination product experience and familiarity with pharma regulations.
