Pay Range $37 - $45 per hour

Role Overview Seeking a high-performing

Business Analyst II

who blends Executive Assistant (EA), Personal Assistant (PA), and Business Analyst (BA) capabilities. You'll operate in a fast-paced environment supporting a senior executive, driving clarity from ambiguity, and delivering polished outputs (PowerPoint, Word, email communications, reports) that inform decision-making.

What You'll Do

Perform moderate to complex operational analyses to support data-driven decisions.

Lead medium to large projects: scope, plan, execute, and report status to stakeholders.

Conduct quantitative and qualitative research; translate findings into actionable insights.

Design and refine processes to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations (PowerPoint, Word).

Provide executive support (calendar, correspondence, follow-ups) with excellent judgment and discretion.

Anticipate needs, think several steps ahead, and work independently with minimal direction.

What You'll Bring

3-5 years relevant experience in BA/EA/PA or operations roles (preferred).

Bachelor's degree (preferred).

Demonstrated top-tier performance in high-velocity, high-ambiguity settings.

Exceptional written and verbal communication; crisp, executive-ready deliverables.

Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); Excel familiarity a plus.

Structured problem-solving skills and the ability to operate "in the gray."

High integrity, confidentiality, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

Experience supporting senior executives within energy, utilities, or large enterprise environments.

Exposure to process mapping, requirements gathering, and light project management.

Success Looks Like

Consistently producing clear, concise, and visually compelling executive materials.

Proactively identifying issues and delivering recommendations without being asked.

Driving process improvements that save time or reduce risk.
