Senior Business Intelligence Analyst Global Payments Inc.

We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to support our technology organization by providing value‑added financial analysis, modeling, operational analysis, and other ad‑hoc analysis to enhance decision making, particularly focused on the company’s data center migration. The role will maintain and comply with finance and governance policies and procedures, ensuring efficiency while maintaining appropriate internal controls and compliance.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Analyze complex sales data from CRM and other sources to identify trends, monitor performance, and provide actionable insights into the sales pipeline and lead conversion.

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports for the sales team and senior management using BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Collaborate with sales leadership to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and translate business needs into technical requirements and analytical solutions.

Manage and ensure the integrity of data derived from several CRM systems, working to improve data quality and reporting accuracy.

Develop and implement data models and predictive analytics to support sales forecasting and strategic planning.

Create clear documentation for data models, processes, and dashboards to ensure consistency and understanding across the team.

Deliver data‑driven recommendations to optimize sales strategies and improve overall performance.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business intelligence or data analyst role, preferably supporting sales or marketing teams.

Proven expertise in creating dashboards and visualizations with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation is required.

Hands‑on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) highly desirable.

Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and communicate findings effectively to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.

Proficiency with Python or R preferred.

Excellent problem‑solving, organizational, and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
