The Senior Finance Manager is part of the NAOU (North America Operating Unit) Supply Chain organization and will be responsible for integration, contractual oversight, internal control, and financial accuracy at complex co‑manufacturing facilities. The role provides agile team support, project leadership, in‑depth financial analysis, and supply‑chain manufacturing expertise to the Supply Chain Leadership Team and key business partners across the OU.
What You’ll Do For Us
Act as a supply‑chain finance subject‑matter expert and key resource for business partners.
Prepare financial analysis, business‑case validation, and investment‑return analyses for Copacker negotiations, capital projects, productivity initiatives, and strategic projects.
Analyze difficult and complex problems requiring independent investigation, alternative methodologies, and deep analysis.
Develop new insights that lead to organizational improvements, fostering creative thinking and rational risk‑taking.
Validate financial information, including work performed by Genpact (Financial Shared Services) partners, and correct issues not evident in existing reports, systems, or processes.
Understand the financial consequences of decisions, embody an ownership mindset, and make decisions that ensure long‑term value.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, influencing policies and procedures as needed.
Contribute diverse perspectives and intellectual curiosity, sharing and adopting best practices discovered within and outside the Company.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
5+ years of relevant cost‑accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or supply‑chain COGS.
Strong organizational, planning, teamwork, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and execute strategies.
Change‑management leadership across multiple business functions, interacting with all organization levels.
Advanced financial analysis and problem‑solving skills, exploring strategic options and developing creative solutions for complex issues.
Experience performing analyses that apply financial and non‑financial concepts and tools such as NPV, IRR, discounted cash flow, loss projection, exposure, and risk assessment.
Working knowledge of internal‑control principles.
High proficiency in Excel; SAP and Power BI experience preferred.

Pay Range: $101,000 – $118,000. Base pay may vary depending on geography, knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and other benefits is offered.
