Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
Monitor patient conditions, interpret vital signs, and adjust treatments accordingly.
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
Ensure patient safety, comfort, and compliance with hospital protocols.
Educate patients and families about their conditions and care plans.
Maintain accurate documentation and report any changes in patient status.
