We’re seeking a
Plant Manager
to lead operations at a top client manufacturing plant. The Plant Manager will drive strategy, foster a culture of excellence, and develop a high‑performing team.
As Plant Manager, you will set the strategic direction, provide hands‑on leadership, and cultivate an inclusive environment that encourages collaboration and continuous improvement. You’ll oversee all aspects of operations—production, service, quality, and safety—ensuring products are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities
Partner with senior leadership to establish performance goals and long‑term operational strategies.
Lead, motivate, and mentor the Operations team to achieve objectives in cost, quality, delivery, and inventory management.
Drive operational excellence through process optimization, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and sustainability standards—striving for best‑in‑class performance across all areas.
Collaborate with Customer Support and Supply Chain teams to provide updates on order status, production schedules, and technical information.
Oversee production purchasing, inventory control, and financial performance to meet strategic goals and budgetary requirements.
Develop and implement systems that enhance visibility into operational performance, progress, and opportunities for improvement.
Build strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to align on operational priorities and strategic objectives.
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure efficient, timely, and high‑quality execution of all operational activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is required.
Experience leading teams in a manufacturing operations environment of 50 or more.
Demonstrated success in manufacturing operations management, with experience equivalent to the scope of this leadership role.
Well versed in Continuous Improvement initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, and/or 5S.
Strong understanding of operational disciplines including finance, production, supply chain, and people management.
Proven ability to plan, organize, and execute strategies that drive efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Experience managing budgets and resources to meet both current and future business objectives.
Comprehensive knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
Strategic thinker with strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
Proficient in modern business systems and computer applications.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
10+ years of senior leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated success in Plant Management or multi‑site operational leadership.
