Job Description We are seeking an experienced

SAP Solution Architect

with deep expertise in business process consulting and project delivery management. This hybrid role combines solution architecture, functional leadership, and program oversight—perfect for professionals who can design cross‑module SAP solutions, engage business stakeholders, and drive successful delivery.

Responsibilities

Design end‑to‑end SAP solutions across functional areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing, ensuring scalability, integration, and clean core compliance.

Facilitate business requirement workshops, capture current and future processes, and translate them into functional and technical designs.

Create and validate architectural blueprints, including process flows, system landscape diagrams, and integration points.

Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation across SAP workstreams using SAP Activate, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, developers, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Conduct solution reviews, perform risk assessments, and maintain alignment with business objectives and KPIs.

Contribute to RFP responses, technical estimates, and solution presentations during pre‑sales activities.

Prepare and maintain documentation such as functional specifications, test scripts, and cutover plans, ensuring traceability and quality.

Coordinate testing phases (SIT, UAT), oversee data migration, and ensure go‑live readiness for smooth cutover and business continuity.

Mentor team members, enforce best practices, and support continuous improvement initiatives within the SAP practice.

Participate in presales processes and contribute to business growth initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of SAP experience with strong cross‑functional knowledge in modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, and related integration points.

Proven experience as a Solution Architect on SAP S/4HANA or large ECC programs, with deep understanding of end‑to‑end business processes.

Ability to gather requirements, define future‑state processes, and translate business needs into SAP solutions.

Hands‑on experience in project delivery and management using SAP Activate, Agile, or hybrid methodologies.

Familiarity with SAP BTP, Fiori/UI5, CDS Views, and API‑based integrations (preferred but not mandatory).

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience presenting to both business and IT leadership.

Relevant certifications such as SAP Solution Architect (S/4HANA), PMP, and/or Agile/Scrum Master (preferred).

Excellent problem‑solving, documentation, and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively across global, cross‑functional teams.
