Business Development Representative – Germany
DRUID AI is an end‑to‑end platform for building, deploying and scaling AI agents and Conversational Business Applications (CBA). Acting as a front layer to all digital operations, DRUID unifies and enhances the existing technology landscape while mitigating app fatigue. With 2× growth year over year, 160+ partners and 250+ clients worldwide, DRUID AI actively builds on its vision to provide employees with an intelligent virtual assistant that helps people work easier and faster. What you’ll do at DRUID
Proactively prospect new business opportunities via cold call, email, prospecting tools and marketing leads. Develop and execute cold outreach campaigns to generate new leads and sales within the assigned territory. Timely follow‑up and management of inbound lead funnel. Analyze the territory/market potential and develop sales strategy to maximize DRUID revenue potential. Work closely with Account Executives on defined strategies, target focus and outbound programs. Evangelize DRUID brand in the marketplace by presenting, promoting and selling our solutions using a value‑selling approach. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships in the territory. Develop trusted relationships with local partners and global system integrators to cultivate new opportunities and drive successful customer implementations. Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products and market conditions to understand a customer’s specific needs. Update and maintain the CRM system. Supply management with feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, activities and potential for new products and services. Continuously test and iterate outbound prospecting campaigns with tailored and personalized messaging. What you’ll bring to DRUID
Proven success in generating new leads and cold‑calling. Solid understanding of the DACH technology buying landscape and customer behavior. Native German speaker with business‑level fluency in English. Experienced in using CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot), email platforms, and data tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Self‑driven with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams and account executives. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sharp analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities. What’s in it for you at DRUID
