Job Summary Filevine is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Manager of Performance Marketing to lead our performance marketing efforts. This role is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing full funnel paid advertising strategies across multiple channels, including PPC, affiliate marketing, ABM, awareness campaigns, and connected TV. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a proven ability to lead teams, deliver measurable results, and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
Develop Strategy: Create a comprehensive performance marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, aligning with Filevine’s business goals
Oversee Campaigns: Manage multi-channel campaigns (PPC, affiliate, ABM, connected TV, social media, paid ads) to meet performance KPIs and maximize ROI
Lead Awareness & ABM: Execute awareness campaigns for brand visibility and ABM strategies to target high-value accounts
Manage Advertising: Oversee paid advertising (Google Ads, social media, display, programmatic) and optimize affiliate partnerships
Lead Team: Mentor and grow a performance marketing team, fostering a collaborative culture and providing professional development
Analyze Performance: Monitor metrics, conduct A/B testing, and collaborate with analytics for accurate tracking and optimization
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with content, creative, product marketing, sales, and finance teams to align on assets, lead quality, and budgets
Drive Results: Continuously optimize campaigns to enhance effectiveness and forecast ROI
Qualifications
5+ years in a digital marketing role focused on pipeline generation
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
Proven success managing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
Deep understanding of analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot), tracking tools, and attribution models
Strong leadership skills with experience managing, mentoring, and growing teams
Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to optimize marketing performance
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
Experience in vertical SaaS or legal tech industries is a plus
