Save Job

At Darc Sport, we create more than apparel — we build identity. We’re a bodybuilding lifestyle brand.

NFGU (Never F*cking Give Up) is the heart of everything we do. Whether you’re in the gym, on the front line, or facing personal battles, we represent family and never giving up.

Only Us. Our Energy Is Forever.

The Role We’re looking for a driven and detail-obsessed Graphic Apparel Designer to join the Darc Sport creative team. You’ll work under our Lead Graphic Designer to bring original concepts to life while ensuring they’re prepped for seamless execution — from idea to print.

This is a dynamic role where creativity meets technical execution. You’ll be hands‑on with everything from photorealistic manipulations and distressed textures to clean vector illustrations and repeat prints. You’ll also play a crucial role in licensing projects, so a strong understanding of the licensing process from concept through production is essential.

What You’ll Do

Design bold, original graphics across styles: photoreal manipulation, textures, vector art, and illustration

Create detailed art setup pages and tech packs (placement, scale, pantones, embellishments)

Prepare accurate, layered, print‑ready files for screen printing, embroidery, and more

Develop repeat patterns and seamless prints for cut‑and‑sew garments

Collaborate closely with product development, production, marketing, and licensing departments

Support the marketing team with design assets like flyers, banners, and social visuals

Ensure all artwork meets licensor guidelines and passes through concept and sample approvals

Adapt to various licensor requirements and follow each licensor’s unique brand and design process

What You Bring

4+ years of experience in graphic design for apparel (streetwear, activewear, or lifestyle)

Strong portfolio showing a range of graphic styles and execution — must submit to be considered

Expert in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

Experience working with licensing partners and knowledge of licensor processes (concept approval, PP sample approvals, production readiness)

Familiarity with licensor branding guidelines and how to adapt designs accordingly

Strong understanding of screen printing, embellishments, and production techniques

Excellent organization, time management, and file‑prep skills

Team player who can work fast, stay flexible, and bring energy to every project

Degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or related field is a plus
