We’re looking for a data-savvy problem solver to join our People Team as a
Data Analyst . If you love making sense of data, spotting trends, and turning insights into impact - this one’s for you.
At Tabby, our people are at the heart of everything we do. In this role, you’ll help us understand, measure, and improve the entire employee experience - from hiring to retention and everything in between.
What You’ll Be Doing
Build and maintain clear, insightful dashboards and reports across the employee lifecycle.
Dig into HR data (think: hiring, attrition, engagement, performance) and find the stories behind the numbers.
Run deep-dive ad-hoc analyses and present findings in a way that drives action, not just information.
Ensure data quality across our HR systems, and help streamline and automate reporting workflows.
Partner with HR, Finance, and Leadership to support strategic workforce planning and decision-making.
Be our go-to person for all things HR analytics.
What You’ll Bring
2–4 years of experience in HR analytics, people operations, or a related data role.
Hands‑on experience with HR systems (HRIS, ATS), DWH (BigQuery), and visualization tools (Looker, Metabase etc.).
Advanced knowledge of SQL, Python.
You’re fluent in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) and can tell a story with numbers.
A natural curiosity and sharp eye for spotting patterns, gaps, and opportunities.
Clear communication skills—you can turn complex findings into simple narratives.
Bonus points if you’ve worked in a startup, tech, or fintech environment.
Benefits & Work Environment
Remote work from anywhere in the world (schedule based on Dubai time). We also provide individual relocation plans if needed.
Choice of registration country: Armenia, Georgia, Serbia, Portugal, Spain, UAE, or fully remote.
Flexible working hours with autonomy; trust to do job well at a time that suits you.
Participation in the company’s employee stock options program.
Fast‑growing team with high-trust, no‑BS culture.
Competitive compensation.
