Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property showings, handling client inquiries, negotiating deals, onboarding new clients, and staying informed of real estate market trends. The agent will work collaboratively with team members and maintain an exceptional level of customer service throughout all transactions.
Qualifications
Possession of a valid Real Estate License
Knowledge of real estate practices, sales processes, and property transactions
Strong Customer Service and client relationship-building skills
Understanding of Real Property, including market analysis and valuation
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Proficiency in real estate software or MLS platforms is a plus
