Job Overview The Senior Financial Reporting Analyst sits on the Corporate Reporting team and is responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual reporting deliverables. This includes researching and monitoring changes in IFRS standards, implementing these changes within the organization, preparing quarterly and annual consolidations and related financial statements, preparing monthly management business review packages and quarterly business performance packages to the parent company, and providing support to the external auditors. Furthermore, you will be responsible for investigating and recommending corporate accounting and reporting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with IFRS.

Hybrid Schedule: Mondays and Fridays Remote. Tuesdays to Thursdays Onsite.

Key Responsibilities

Research accounting and reporting standards under IFRS, assess impact and manage adoption of new IFRS standards within the Company.

Prepare technical accounting memorandums for new IFRS policies and keep existing memorandums up‑to‑date when considering business changes and consistency across departments.

Prepare working papers accurately and on time for delivery of quarterly and annual financial reporting packages.

Create board presentations and month‑end reporting/financial information for parent company and other compliance reporting.

Draft consolidated and non‑consolidated financial statements with note disclosures in accordance with IFRS.

Collaborate closely with accounting teams, operational departments and auditors to secure support for reporting and consolidation.

Implement process improvements to achieve higher efficiency and quality of reporting.

Assist with system testing for system implementation and upgrades.

Respond to external auditors’ queries on consolidation and financial statement note disclosures.

Carry out ad‑hoc projects as required.

Required Qualifications

Accounting/Finance/Business Degree.

Ex‑Big 4 experience preferred.

CPA required.

Minimum of 3–5 years experience in financial reporting.

Strong knowledge of IFRS reporting standards.

Proficiency in SAP, Hyperion (or other accounting software) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with all levels of management.

A self‑starter with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, critical self‑review and focus on meeting deadlines.

Ability to prioritize tasks.
