Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leasing Manager at a luxury high-rise community located in downtown Raleigh, NC for a premier client. The Leasing Manager will oversee lease administration, conduct market research, and ensure all leasing agreements are completed accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities include managing property operations, maintaining tenant satisfaction, and implementing strategies for resident retention. The role ensures the property remains competitive in the market while fostering strong relationships with tenants and prospects.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Lease Administration, including drafting, review, and compliance monitoring.
Experience conducting Market Research and understanding competitive property analysis.
At least 3 - 5 years experience in Leasing & Property Management of a luxury high-rise community, with experience in managing day-to-day operations efficiently.
Strong skills in Resident Retention and fostering tenant relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong experience in Yardi, RentCafe, CRM & Excel is required.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is advantageous
