Base pay range $35.00/hr - $45.00/hr

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Fundraising Manager in Washington, DC. This is a contract opportunity for a growing non‑profit.

Responsibilities

Manage relationships with funders

Create grant proposals, budgets, and reports

Identify and cultivate new fundraising prospects

Serve as a lead for philanthropic partnerships

Serve as a key advisor on growth trends

Work with marketing on fundraising campaigns

Skills

Strong analytical skills

Ability to work independently

Ability to multitask

Must possess wonderful organizational skills

Ability to thrive under deadlines

Qualifications

15+ years of fundraising experience

3+ years of experience at the manager level

Proven success working with grants
