Director, Large Market – NA Sales Executive – Remote

Job Summary The Account Executive for Large Markets (NA) is responsible for acquiring new large clients (“new logos”) and strengthening relationships within existing large accounts. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong client‑facing skills, deep understanding of Strada’s offerings, and strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
Large Market Development
– Identify and prioritize high‑potential opportunities and verticals for expansion; develop go‑to‑market strategies tailored to regional dynamics and client needs; collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with global business goals; build and nurture long‑term relationships with large clients’ C‑level leadership.
New Logo Acquisition
– Prospect, qualify, and manage complex sales opportunities; deliver compelling presentations and proposals; maintain a healthy sales pipeline and forecast accurately; negotiate and close deals with C‑level stakeholders.
Existing Business Expansion
– Manage and grow existing large accounts through upselling, cross‑selling, and innovation conversations; develop strategic account plans with clear growth targets; monitor account performance and usage to identify growth opportunities.

Salary Pay Range $113,820.00 – $211,380.00
