Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Job Overview We’re seeking a skilled and organized Residential Construction Project Manager to lead the successful execution of luxury residential builds. This role is central to ensuring project accuracy, seamless communication, and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in collaboration, communicates clearly, and ensures every detail—from design intent to field execution—remains aligned.

You will manage 2–3 Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents, coordinate closely with clients and subcontractors, and serve as the key link connecting all phases of the project.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in client meetings for plan reviews, budgeting, and design discussions.

Develop bid specifications and oversee subcontractor scopes of work.

Supervise 2–3 Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents in the field.

Verify subcontractors are onsite, performing per schedule, and delivering work according to plans and standards.

Ensure job site safety, cleanliness, and quality control.

Review and validate subcontractor and vendor invoices against completed work.

Update job schedules and maintain daily project logs.

Coordinate site readiness for walkthroughs with clients, designers, and trade partners.

Proactively identify and communicate project issues to leadership.

Oversee post-completion warranty work to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in residential construction project management (luxury or custom home experience preferred).

Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple job sites and field teams.

Proficiency with construction management software (JobTread, BuilderTrend, or similar).

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to interpret plans and enforce design compliance and quality standards.

High school diploma or GED required; further education in construction management preferred.

Positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to stay focused under pressure.
