Ledgent Finance & Accounting is partnering with a growing organization seeking a

Full-Charge Bookkeeper

to join their team on a

temp-to-hire

basis. This role is ideal for a hands-on accounting professional who enjoys managing the full accounting cycle in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities

Manage

full-cycle accounting

including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and General Ledger Prepare

journal entries ,

bank reconciliations , and assist with

month-end close Process

invoices, vendor payments, and expense reimbursements Handle

customer billing, collections, and cash applications Maintain accurate and organized financial records Collaborate with management on

financial reporting

and process improvements Support

manufacturing-related accounting tasks

(experience preferred) Qualifications

3+ years

of experience as a

Full-Charge Bookkeeper

or similar accounting role Proficiency in

QuickBooks Online or Desktop

(required) Experience with

manufacturing accounting

(a plus) Strong understanding of

GAAP and full-cycle accounting Proficient in

Microsoft Excel

and data entry accuracy Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Schedule & Compensation
