Key Role Responsibilities

Develop and manage sales pipeline and new business growth across the DACH region.

Lead consultative selling of multi‑product MSP solutions (remote management, backup, and cybersecurity).

Deliver impactful in‑person (70%) and virtual (30%) sales presentations.

Build and maintain C‑level relationships to drive solution adoption.

Work closely with internal sales, channel managers, and leadership to align on strategy.

Provide accurate forecasting and manage CRM updates.

Drive cross‑sell opportunities across the company’s product suite.

Key Attributes Required

Proven success in external/field sales roles with a track record of exceeding KPIs.

3–5+ years of B2B SaaS or cybersecurity sales experience, preferably in the MSP or IT services space.

Strong communicator able to articulate technical solutions to non‑technical stakeholders.

Highly motivated self‑starter with the ability to manage multiple sales cycles.

Comfortable with 50–70% travel across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Fluency in

German

and

English

is essential.
