Position Overview The Property Program Manager will lead the development, implementation, and oversight of our property insurance programs. This position involves close collaboration with underwriting, claims, modeling, reinsurance, and legal teams to ensure program effectiveness, profitability, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Program Development:

Create and execute comprehensive property insurance programs that address market demands and align with company goals, covering CAT strategies, reinsurance structures, portfolio pricing, and overall risk appetite.

Underwriting Oversight:

Work with partners to set pricing strategies and risk assessment standards for both program portfolios and individual risk referrals.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure all programs meet state and federal regulations, staying informed on industry standards.

Performance Monitoring:

Track program performance metrics, produce management reports, and recommend adjustments to enhance profitability as needed.

Client Relations:

Develop and sustain strong relationships with producers, reinsurers, and other stakeholders to support their needs and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years in property program management or a related role.

In‑depth knowledge of property insurance products, CAT management, underwriting principles, and claims processes.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a focus on data‑driven decision‑making.

Proven leadership and experience managing cross‑functional teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.

Professional designations (e.g., CPCU, ARM) are a plus.

Compensation Salary is competitive and based on experience.
