Provide eye examinations and patient care.
Establish days of practice, hours of operation, and patient schedule.
Set fee schedule and keep 100% of exam/professional fees.
Manage equipment, instrumentation, and optional opt-tech support services.
Qualifications
Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school.
Valid state optometry license.
General Liability Certificate.
Professional Liability Insurance Certificate.
Preferred Qualifications Ophthalmologist (MD or DO) from an accredited school. Valid state ophthalmology license.
