Position Summary Responsible for maintaining a company or individual’s public image through the implementation of marketing and communication initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Develop strategy and manage execution of 360 brand marketing and communications amplification across new product launches and repromotions.

Ensure international teams have toolkits to execute global marketing plans locally.

Lead media partnerships and buys for digital, social, and out‑of‑home advertising.

Lead all talent marketing for M+G including paid ambassadors, campaign influencers, always‑on digital approach and organic influencer advocates.

Develop and execute multi‑faceted influencer strategy through content facilitation and briefing, contracting and negotiations, budget management and KPI reporting of each influencer campaign.

Manage global strategy for social media across all channels to ensure our brand generates awareness and positive perceptions aligned with our target audiences and business goals.

Manage creative direction for all original social media branded content.

Develop, manage, and allocate marketing, creative, and education budgets for brand.

Qualifications Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Other Requirements:

Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $95,000 to $125,000.

The New York corporate office is hybrid (3 days in‑office, 2 days work from home).
