AVP - Credit Risk Strategy & Analytics Key Responsibilities:

Lead ad hoc and strategic analysis for senior leadership, board, and investors

Collaborate across departments (Ops, IT, Finance, Audit) to improve processes and reporting

Analyze portfolio trends, customer behavior, and key risk indicators

Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and forecasting models

Support credit policy evaluation, pricing strategies, and profitability analysis

Automate and integrate risk tools with IT systems

Present insights and proposals to senior risk leaders

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors in Statistics, Math, Economics, or related field

5+ years in credit risk analytics or similar role

Strong SQL and Excel skills; proficiency in SAS, R, or Python

Experience with complex/time-series data and modeling

Independent and collaborative work style; detail-oriented

Preferred:

Background in consumer finance, banking, or fintech

Exposure to AI/ML techniques
