Job Title: Db2 Mainframe DBA - W2 Only - We can provide sponsorship as well
Duration: Long Term
Location: Westlake, TX/Merrimack, NH - Hybrid - 2 weeks in a month onsite
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
• DB2 z/OS Database Administration in a large complex Database Environment
• Knowledge of IBM replication products –IIDR products= QRep and/or CDC
The Expertise You Have
Bachelor’s in computer science or equivalent with 10+ years relevant experience The Skills You Bring
Extensive experience in DB2 z/OS Database Administration in a large complex Database Environment Experience supporting IBM IIDR data replication tools: Q Replication and/or CDC Replication Extensive Experience in SQL, REXX, JCL, COBOL Working knowledge of CA Database Tools Working Knowledge of Performance tuning, Database Security and Access management Exposure to distributed database technologies and cloud Brokerage Back-office knowledge The Value You Deliver
Providing Application Database and Replication support for a large DB2 z/OS sysplex environment Maintenance of Databases – Utilities management Providing 24x7 on-call support Review of Sql/Programs against standards and Performance tuning Seniority level
