Job Description:
The Facilities Operations Support Engineer will manage projects from cradle to grave—scope, budget, risk assessment/MOC, execution, and PSSR.
Project Types Will Primarily Include
Facility modifications, upgrades, and replacements (flowlines, vessel swaps, piping changes, etc.).
Artificial lift installations, with a heavy emphasis on gas lift compression projects.
Small to mid‑scale infrastructure improvements to support production optimization and reliability.
Work will vary from quick‑turn replacements to more complex engineered upgrades.
Complexity can range from routine piping reroutes to integrated equipment installs requiring vendor coordination and multi‑discipline planning.
Qualifications
Ability to commit to a full‑time, 40 hour per week commitment for at least the next 12 months. Opportunity for a multi‑year continuity as facility optimization, artificial lift upgrades, and routine infrastructure projects are an ongoing part of our development and operations strategy.
Ability to provide technical and project management support.
Self‑starter, capable of independently managing assigned projects.
Ability to collaborate with Production Operations, Maintenance, and Production Engineering teams.
Role Details Schedule: Full time, 40 hours per week with a one year contract Pay: $40‑$60/hour Location: Midland, TX
