Sr Mobile Accessibility Engineer We are seeking a passionate Mobile Developer with deep Swift UI experience to join our accessibility team.

Expertise You Have

4+ years of professional experience developing iOS applications in Swift UI

Experience in iOS code reviews, pull requests, and pair programming

Fluency in Swift OOP and functional programming

Debugging and support of Swift mobile apps

Experience with Agile (SCRUM)

Self‑driven to learn and implement new accessible technologies

Familiarity with accessibility APIs and semantic markup in native development

Bonus

Knowledge of iOS assistive technologies (VoiceOver, VoiceControl)

Practical use of assistive technologies to test accessibility issues

Purpose of Your Role

Conduct hands‑on testing with assistive technologies to ensure compliance with internal accessibility guidelines

Consult with development teams on findings to resolve accessibility issues

Train developers on automated accessibility tools

Research new accessible patterns, gestures, and UI components

Build accessible monitoring solutions at scale

Strong experience with Swift UI and iOS development

User‑first mindset and curiosity about how people interact with technology

Comfort with iterative testing, debugging, and consulting based on testing results

Desire to learn new technologies

Excellent verbal and written communication

Job Type & Location Contract position based out of Westlake, TX.

Pay And Benefits Pay range: $70.00 – $75.00 /hr.
