Position Overview: Hill International is seeking a proactive and experienced
Project Manager
to lead the execution and delivery of high-value infrastructure and construction projects under a
Project Management Consultancy (PMC)
model. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the project lifecycle from initiation through completion, ensuring compliance with cost, quality, schedule, and client objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the full project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
Oversee project performance to ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, consultants, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
Manage design coordination, procurement strategies, and construction oversight in alignment with PMC obligations.
Monitor project progress and prepare detailed status reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
Lead project meetings, workshops, and coordination reviews across all disciplines.
Identify and mitigate project risks; elevate critical issues to senior management as necessary.
Support contract administration, change management, and claims analysis with the commercial and legal teams.
Ensure strict adherence to HSE, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance across all phases.
Manage project handover and support post-completion audits and documentation.
Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field (Masters preferred). Minimum
15 years
of experience in project management, with at least
5 years in a PMC or consultancy
role. Strong knowledge of project controls, contracts, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination. Experience in
Middle East projects
is highly desirable. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent client-facing and communication skills. Proficient in project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, PMWeb, etc.). Risk management and problem-solving expertise. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
