Job Description The Department of Pediatrics at the University of Florida invites applications for a full‑time faculty position in the Division of Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled clinician in general gastroenterology, with experience or interest in motility/neurogastroenterology or advanced therapeutic procedures.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive care to pediatric patients with a wide range of gastrointestinal, liver, and nutritional disorders.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including dietitians, psychologists, and other specialists—to support holistic patient care.
Participate in teaching activities, including the education and supervision of medical students, residents, and fellows.
Engage in clinical or translational research in pediatric gastroenterology, with opportunities for both collaboration and independent projects.
Contribute to divisional and departmental service activities.
Qualifications
MD, DO, or equivalent medical degree.
Board certified or board eligible in Pediatric Gastroenterology.
Demonstrated expertise or interest in pharmacological management, motility/neurogastroenterology, or advanced therapeutic procedures.
Strong clinical, teaching, and research skills.
