Performance objectives As Customer Success Manager at Luminovo, your responsibility is to be a strategic partner to our customers, enable them to create measurable impact with our platform, and facilitate their growth through expansion and upsell.
Success: Proactively manage my customer portfolio to ensure an amazing customer experience and prevent churn.
Onboarding: Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience by conducting interactive user trainings or workshops.
Insights: Collect and share data to build a deep understanding of users’ needs and pain points.
Product: Find new opportunities for our product team to create the greatest possible added value for our customers.
Growth: Initiate and drive the expansion of customer contracts. Involve your colleagues from the sales team for the negotiation process, if necessary.
Expertise: Deepen your knowledge of our product, the electronic industry, and customer success best practices.
Embrace AI: Stay curious and leverage modern tools and new technologies to enhance your productivity, our internal practices, and overall efficiency.
Whom You’ll Be Working With
Markus, our Team Lead Customer Success, also manages his own customer portfolio.
Sebastian, one of our founders, who leads the Revenue department.
Max, who leads our Revenue Operations team and is in charge of our CRM (HubSpot), supporting you with dashboards, sequences, forecasts, and more.
Mark, our Head of Marketing, to align on positioning/messaging and drive strategic growth initiatives.
Our Sales and Product Team to fully understand our product roadmap, potential constraints, and share product‑related customer feedback.
Work setup & travel Remote (±2 hrs CET) or in our Munich headquarters, with full home‑office flexibility. We regularly meet for team retreats and attend selected industry events, so occasional travel is expected. Travel expenses are covered by us.
Language Requirements You will mainly work with German‑speaking and English‑speaking customers. Fluency in German () and English () is a must. Other languages are a plus.
Our product Luminovo is the first all‑in‑one supply chain platform built specifically for the electronics industry. Whether it’s an OEM designing electronic components, an EMS assembling them, or PCB suppliers manufacturing printed circuit boards, our platform helps them to control and optimise their entire electronics supply chain.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise Besides the language requirements, we purposefully did not create a standard list of minimum qualifications for this role. Compensation Range: €55,500 – €75,900
