Description Provides a variety of quality radiographic imaging under the general direction of a physician, performing fluoroscopy on all age groups served by the entity while ensuring the principles of ALARA are achieved. Participates in department quality improvement processes, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained. Depending on departmental business needs, this position will support the department’s patient workflow such as front desk duties, phlebotomy, EKG, vital signs, patient intake information, and other duties as assigned and supported by scope of practice. Qualifications High School, Cert, GED, Trn, Exper. Basic Life Support. Certified Radiologic Technologist. ARRT Registered Technologist – Radiography. Additional Qualifications Graduate of an approved AMA Council on Education Program in Radiologic Technology. Six‑month experience in an acute care setting preferred. Must complete and maintain the Career Ladder Portfolio to be considered for Radiology Tech 2. Depending on departmental business needs, may be required to be competent in skills such as vitals signs, phlebotomy, EKG, front desk duties including quick registration, etc. Change agility and flexibility a must. Minimum Required Experience: 1 Year EOE, including disability/vets Seniority Level
