Registered Nurse (RN)
to join our
Surgical Associates team
in

About the Role As part of our Surgical Associates team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every patient receives safe, personalized, and compassionate care before, during, and after surgery. You’ll collaborate closely with providers, deliver patient education, and help coordinate seamless, high-quality care experiences.
What You’ll Do
Manage daily patient flow to optimize care, safety, and satisfaction
Triage patient calls and requests with skill and empathy
Educate patients and families about care plans and recovery
Administer medications and assist in procedures
Coordinate care across Vail Health and partner practices
Work both independently and collaboratively to support team success
Provide excellent, relationship-based care focused on communication, advocacy, and trust
What You’ll Bring
Experience:
At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience
Certification:
BLS required
Education:
Associate Degree in Nursing required (BSN preferred)
Skills:
Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking
