• Schedule: Full‑time; 4 days per week (32–33 hours patient care).

• Practice: Advanced Family Eyecare, a family‑owned full‑scope practice in Waupaca, WI.

We welcome experienced ODs and new graduates to apply. Our mission is to provide comprehensive eye care, including exams, contact lens fittings, medical treatment, and urgent eye care. We use cutting‑edge technology such as:

Marco TRS‑5100 Digital Phoropters

RETeval ERG

Cirrus 6000 OCT with Anterior Segment and OCT Angiography

MDelite IPL/RF/LLLT with aesthetics

Lipiflow

Optomap Monaco with OCT

Visual Fields

Firefly Anterior Segment Imaging in all exam lanes

Topography

Eaglet Scleral Profilometry for scleral lens fittings

Optical Biometry for Myopia Management

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive eye exams

Diagnose and manage ocular disease

Prescribe corrective lenses

Provide pre‑ and post‑operative care to surgical patients

Promote healthy vision by counseling and educating patients

Maintain detailed patient records in Revolution EHR

Manage eye care emergencies

Fit scleral lenses

Provide full‑scope dry eye management using IPL/RF/LLLT and Lipiflow

Manage myopia (optometrist‑level)

Requirements & Qualifications

Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree

Valid state license to practice optometry

Strong sense of workplace professionalism and personal ethics

Compensation and Benefits • Base salary: $150,000 per year (potential $200,000+ with bonus).
