Responsibilities

Reach out to pre‑qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home

Coordinate efforts to negotiate a property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results

Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender

Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers

Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale

Follow the team plan

Collaborate and work with lenders to deliver top‑notch open houses

Qualifications

Must have a valid Real Estate License

Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills

Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred

Show a track record of real estate success

At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience

Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car

Compensation $150,000 per year (at plan).
