Maintenance Supervisor – Panco
Location: Woburn, MA
Salary: $80,000‑$90,000
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Part of the on‑call rotation (one week every three weeks for full‑time staff).
$1,000 one‑time sign‑on bonus.

Primary Responsibilities
Oversee the onsite maintenance team.
Work closely with the Property Manager and onsite management team.
Provide leadership and guidance to foster a productive team environment and achieve property maintenance goals.
Provide effective training to new maintenance staff members.
Deliver professional, quality services to residents and respond to service requests in a timely manner.
Adhere to all applicable codes and standards and ensure compliance with all safety protocols.
Manage maintenance throughout all areas of the property.
Control inventory, ordering, and delivery of approved supplies and equipment.
Perform various community maintenance services related to plumbing repair, appliance repair, minor electrical repairs, HVAC troubleshooting, and repairs.
Manage apartment turnover process for efficient resident move‑ins.
Complete all required inspections.
Establish effective relationships with vendors and partners to maximize quality of service to residents and meet budgeting objectives.
Manage staffing schedule to ensure 24/7 emergency coverage.

What We’re Looking for in a Candidate
Valid driver’s license required.
Proficiency in reading and communicating effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Great people skills and a desire to provide residents with an exceptional residential experience through superior in‑person service and quality maintenance management.
Thoughtful leadership skills to foster a supportive and productive onsite team environment.
A minimum of 1 to 3 years of leadership experience as a Maintenance Supervisor.
Strong working knowledge of all aspects of multi‑family property maintenance.
HVAC experience and certification or willingness to obtain.
Proven experience managing staff and multiple projects.
Experience with various digital platforms including Microsoft Office Suite and industry‑related software platforms.
Knowledge of relevant local, state, and federal codes and regulations.
Ability to maintain a “can‑do” attitude to ensure the property’s success.
Willingness to work weekends/holidays in an emergency situation.
Successful completion of required background and drug screening prior to start of employment.
