What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, identify process improvements, and implement effective solutions
Design, develop, and test system configurations to meet business needs
Participate in system upgrades, implementations, and ongoing maintenance activities
Support Radiology workflows and imaging systems to enhance patient care
Optimize Epic Radiant workflows for efficient imaging operations
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant work experience
Experience supporting Radiology workflows and imaging systemsStrong organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Epic Radiant Certification or ability to obtain certification within 6 months of hire
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience working with Epic systems, specifically Epic Radiant
Additional certifications in related healthcare technology
Familiarity with healthcare operations and patient care processes
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong communication skills for interacting with clinical and technical teams
