The Mississippi Department of Finance and Administration (DFA) is seeking a Procurement Team Leader to join the Office of Procurement and Contracts (OPC). This is advanced-level professional procurement work. The selected candidate will ensure DFA’s compliance with Mississippi law, as well as procurement rules and regulations related to the purchase of services, commodities and technology products. The Procurement Team Lead will also assist with reporting requirements for OPC as well as help with the yearly internal audit of OPC. The Procurement Team Lead will also take part in the invoice review and payment process for OPC. The selected candidate will also supervise other DFA OPC team members. **This is a non-state service position with the Mississippi Department of Finance and Administration. ** What you'll need to be Successful Knowledge of the State of Mississippi’s Procurement statutes and regulations. Ability to work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment. Ability to coordinate multiple projects at one time. Strong attention to detail.
