Senior Dynamics 365 Developer
Location: Richmond, VA
Schedule: First few months 3 days a week in office, thereafter once a month. Flexible work‑from‑home; after‑hours support may be required.
Maximum Vendor Submittal Rate: $123.82/hr.
Responsibilities
Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, development, deployment, and usage.
Design and develop new web components using .NET, SQL, Azure, Power Platform (Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and C#.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft’s licensing model for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Develop and disseminate documentation (requirements, recommendations, technical analysis, etc.) on platform usage.
Act as a liaison between IT and business units; serve as the point of contact for issue logging, tracking, and resolution.
Contribute to improving processes and policies within the Business Enablement Services program.
Other duties as assigned.

Ability to react quickly to a fast‑paced, rapidly changing environment.
Independently perform a variety of complicated tasks.
Review existing procedures and propose, execute, and/or direct necessary changes.

Available for after‑hours support as needed.
Required/Desired Technical Skills
Experience as a D365 Technical Lead – 5+ years.
Creating and managing solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Service – 8+ years.
Customisation and implementation of Forms, Views, Plug‑Ins, Workflows, and BPFs in D365 – 8+ years.
Custom development using .NET, JavaScript and C# – 8+ years.
Power Platform and Dataverse – 5+ years.
Standard & premium connectors with PowerApps and Power Automate – 3+ years.
DevOps in Power Platform/D365 environments – 3+ years.
Desired: Data integrations and migrations using ADF & SSIS packages – 2+ years.
Desired: Experience with DevOps in Power Platform/D365 environments – 2+ years.
