Base pay range $110,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the company's financial accounts, ensuring accuracy in processing and reporting of Accounts Payable transactions.
Monitor and ensure timely processing of recurring payments, including term deals, benefits, and rent.
Administer and audit the Concur expense report system, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Process and review journal entries, maintaining strong internal controls and segregation of duties.
Manage payroll processing, including calculating payroll liabilities and ensuring compliance with tax legislation and company policies.
Prepare monthly reconciliations and track production activity, reconciling reports to sub‑systems.
Utilize the Great Plains Financial Accounting System for maintaining the Chart of Accounts and Picture Master, while supporting special projects as assigned.
Qualifications Must‑Have
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in corporate accounting, with a focus on Accounts Payable and Payroll.
In‑depth knowledge of payroll procedures and relevant legislation.
Proficiency in Great Plains accounting software and ADP payroll system.
Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
Nice‑to‑Have
Experience with additional accounting software or ERPs, such as SAP or NetSuite.
Familiarity with financial reporting standards and practices.
