Position Summary B2Tech Services is hiring experienced RF Optimization Engineers for multi-vendor environments (Nokia, Ericsson, Huawei, ZTE) to join a major telecom project in Turkey. This role is critical for driving network performance improvements across 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies.
Detailed Job Description As an RF Optimization Engineer, you will perform advanced KPI analysis, parameter tuning, and feature activation to ensure optimal network performance. You will work on cluster acceptance, drive test analysis, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality optimization results. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting‑edge telecom projects in an international setting.
Key Responsibilities
Execute RF optimization for 3G/4G/5G networks across multiple clusters.
Analyze KPIs, troubleshoot performance issues, and implement corrective actions.
Perform PCI/PSC planning, parameter tuning, and feature activation.
Conduct drive test analysis and cluster acceptance activities.
Collaborate with planning and operations teams for end‑to‑end optimization.
Required Qualifications & Skills
8–13 years of hands‑on experience in RF optimization for multi‑generation networks.
Strong expertise in KPI analysis, DT/drive test interpretation, and optimization strategies.
Proficiency with tools such as TEMS, Genex, Atoll, Actix, and Nemo (any mix).
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Nice‑to‑Have Skills
Experience with VoLTE and 5G NSA/SA optimization.
Knowledge of neighbor planning and IBS/DAS optimization.
Familiarity with Turkish telecom market standards.
Exposure to SON features and automation scripts for optimization tasks.
Advanced certifications in RF engineering or telecom technologies.
