TEKsystems . This position is a contract to hire based in White Plains, NY. The candidate must be able to work Monday‑Friday 11 AM‑8 PM, with flexibility to work Saturday if needed.
Responsibilities
Field inbound calls from clients and customers regarding pension plans, healthcare plans, and financial information.
Receive and respond to up to 100 calls per day while maintaining high customer service standards.
Enter customer information and conversation details into the database while fielding inbound calls.
Work within a high‑volume call switchboard environment, following scripts and demonstrating enthusiasm.
Multi‑task and provide clerical support as assigned by the department.
Qualifications
2 years of call center customer service experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Typing speed of 35 WPM or higher.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00‑$20.00/hr. Benefits for this temporary role may include:
