Immigration Attorney – Consular Processing
Join The United Firm | La Liga Defensora, APC as an admitted attorney in an associate Consular Processing Attorney position within a premier law firm in the Greater Los Angeles Area. Responsibilities
Manage workload of CP/Waiver cases including I‑130, I‑601A, I‑212, I‑601, consular processing, and K‑Visa.
Prepare clients for consulate interviews.
Represent clients before USCIS.
Review immigration applications/packets prepared.
Manage a team of paralegals to meet productivity goals and client expectations.
Provide legal analysis to help clients determine opportunities for case benefits.
Prepare and submit legal briefs for a variety of immigration cases.
Qualifications
1 to 4 years of immigration law experience.
Team player, open to helping, strategizing, and collaborating with associates.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Record of moving legal cases forward and ability to manage a caseload.
Experience with consular processing applications and waivers.
Experience with case management software preferred.
Pay Range $75,000 to $110,000 annually
