Job Description As we scale aggressively across the U.S., we're looking for a
Brand Marketing Manager
who can build a bold, authentic, and trustworthy voice for Spyne—positioning us as the
AI partner of choice for forward-thinking dealers .
You’ll be the
brand’s storyteller, community builder, and campaign architect , driving awareness, trust, and engagement across digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities Brand & Campaign Strategy
Develop and execute Spyne’s brand narrative tailored for U.S. auto dealerships (GMs, Internet Directors, BDC Managers, etc.)
Design and lead integrated brand campaigns that combine storytelling, digital reach, and field activations
Manage creative development and campaign performance across channels (social, content, PR, and offline)
Community Building & Engagement
Build and nurture a strong
dealer and industry community
through storytelling, roundtables, podcasts, and live events
Launch and host
Spyne-led dealer forums, thought-leadership roundtables, and podcasts
featuring top voices in the automotive industry
Collaborate with local partners, associations, and media to amplify Spyne’s voice and build advocacy
Experiential & Event Marketing
Plan and execute
dealer events, local activations, conferences (e.g., NADA, NIADA, Digital Dealer)
and co-marketing campaigns
Manage end-to-end event strategy—from concept and partnerships to on-ground execution and post-event storytelling
Create consistent, high-quality brand presence across all physical and virtual experiences
Content & Brand Storytelling
Lead the creation of high-impact content: case studies, customer success videos, campaigns, newsletters, and podcast stories
Adapt brand voice and creative assets for regional dealership audiences across Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets
Stay ahead of dealer sentiment, competitor narratives, and marketing trends to proactively refine brand positioning
Partner with OEMs, dealer networks, and marketing vendors for
joint campaigns and local co-branded initiatives
Brand Governance & Consistency
Ensure cohesive brand communication across all touchpoints—sales decks, website, social media, trade collaterals, and events
Job Requirements
3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, experiential marketing, or integrated communications—preferably in automotive tech, SaaS, or AI-first startups
Proven track record of building and scaling brands through storytelling, campaigns, and community-led initiatives
Experience running
events, podcasts, or offline campaigns
that drive measurable engagement
Deep understanding of dealership personas and the psychology of dealer decision-making
Strong writing and creative judgment with a bias for action and speed
Hands‑on, entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable working in a high-growth, high‑ambiguity environment
