Role Overview We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive digital growth through data‑backed paid media and performance campaigns. This role combines strategic thinking and hands‑on execution across Paid Social, Paid Search, and SEO/SEM channels. You will manage ad budgets, optimize campaign performance, and collaborate with Sales, Business Development, and cross‑functional teams to generate and nurture high‑quality leads.

Responsibilities

Plan, design, and execute paid media campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to achieve performance targets.

Oversee campaign setup, keyword strategy, ad copy, bid and budget management, and continuous optimization.

Conduct A/B and split testing (including third‑party tools) to improve ROI and conversion rates.

Track and analyze performance metrics, providing monthly reports with actionable insights.

SEO, SEM & Analytics

Work with the marketing team and external partners to ensure technical SEO and SEM best practices are implemented.

Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to track performance, identify trends, and make data‑driven improvements.

Develop strategies to increase organic reach and reduce cost per acquisition.

Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure ads and landing pages align with the brand voice and messaging.

Provide feedback on visual and video creatives, ensuring high engagement and conversion potential.

Support localized campaigns with bilingual marketing materials (English and Chinese).

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with Sales and Business Development teams to align marketing efforts with lead generation goals.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders on marketing initiatives, product launches, and promotional campaigns.

Present campaign insights and performance updates to management and contribute to broader marketing strategy discussions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Bilingual fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken).

2+ years of hands‑on experience managing paid media or growth marketing campaigns.

Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and analytics.

Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.

Solid communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

A proactive, results‑driven mindset with strong project management and collaboration skills.
