About The Role Our primary focus is attracting top talent and empowering them to excel. We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Senior Recruiter to support the growth of our GTM, Product & Engineering and G&A teams. We value solution-oriented self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and are passionate about making a meaningful impact.

What you'll do

Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, offering guidance, market insights, and best practices to shape effective hiring strategies.

Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from developing customized hiring plans with your stakeholders to sourcing, interviewing, and closing top talent.

Creative Sourcing: Utilize creative sourcing techniques, with a heavy emphasis on direct outreach via LinkedIn and other platforms, to identify and engage highly qualified candidates for our cybersecurity and network security sales teams.

Pipeline Management: Proactively manage and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline, ensuring data integrity in our ATS (Greenhouse) and providing regular, insightful updates to internal stakeholders.

Project Leadership: Collaborate with the wider recruiting team on key initiatives and hiring projects, contributing to the continuous improvement of our talent acquisition function.

What you'll bring

A minimum of 5 years of end-to-end recruiting experience, ideally within a high-growth tech or SaaS company.

Proven expertise in active sourcing and candidate engagement using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.

Strong influencing skills and a solution-oriented, results-driven mindset.

The ability to be proactive and resourceful, identifying and addressing potential hiring bottlenecks before they arise.

Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

A highly collaborative nature and the ability thrive in a team-based environment.

Compensation Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location.

Equity This role is eligible to participate in Cloudflare’s equity plan.
