Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized, hands‑on Systems Administrator / IT Specialist to help manage, scale, and secure our internal systems as Procurement Sciences continues rapid growth. This individual will play a pivotal role in onboarding new employees, configuring and managing system access across core platforms, maintaining hardware and software, and ensuring a smooth, secure IT environment for the entire company.

The ideal candidate is proactive, technically skilled, and customer‑focused — someone who thrives in a fast‑paced startup and enjoys building IT processes that balance efficiency, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the setup and removal of accounts and access across all platforms including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence), Salesforce, Slack, and other company tools.

Prepare and issue laptops, peripherals, and software for new hires, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

Maintain user permissions, license management, and role‑based access control across systems.

Administer SSO and MFA configurations to uphold security and compliance requirements.

Support internal system integrations and assist with new software deployments.

Serve as the first line of support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

Diagnose and resolve user problems quickly to minimize downtime.

Manage IT ticketing workflows, documenting solutions and process improvements.

Configure and maintain Windows and macOS laptops.

Track and manage all IT assets, replacements, and lifecycle processes.

Maintain hardware inventory and ensure timely updates or replacements as needed.

Ensure compliance with internal IT and security policies, including access management and data protection standards.

Support initiatives related to SOC 2, NIST, and FedRAMP readiness.

Document IT processes and standard operating procedures to maintain audit readiness.

Required Experience & Qualifications

3–5 years of experience as an IT Systems Administrator, IT Support Specialist, or equivalent role in a SaaS or technology company.

Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 administration.

Experience managing tools such as Atlassian Suite, Salesforce, Slack, and other SaaS systems.

Proficient in configuring and maintaining both Windows and macOS environments.

Understanding of identity management, SSO, and MFA technologies.

Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and customer service orientation.

Strong communication skills — professional, approachable, and dependable in supporting cross‑functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with MDM tools (Jamf, Kandji, Intune, etc.).

Exposure to SOC 2, ISO 27001, or NIST 800‑171 compliance.

Familiarity with scripting (Python, PowerShell, or Bash) for process automation.

Located in or near Lehi, Utah (on‑site presence preferred).
