Responsibilities Brightstar Lottery is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Paralegal to support the Corporate Secretary and Subsidiary Maintenance teams within the Legal Department.
What You’ll Do:
Board & Committee Support: Prepare materials for Board, Committee and Annual General Meetings, and manage follow-up actions with precision.
Policy Enforcement: Assist in implementing and monitoring the Company’s securities trading policy.
Regulatory Filings: Support NYSE and SEC filings and submissions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Subsidiary Management: Form, register, and maintain records for subsidiaries and branches, including drafting annual reports, resolutions, consents, and powers of attorney.

Required Skills & Experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Teams, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and CTAdvantage/hCue.
Familiarity with a Board management platform (e.g. Diligent, BoardWorks).
Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Paralegal Certificate.
Experience in a law firm or in‑house legal department.
Enthusiasm for working in an entrepreneurial, fast‑moving environment.

Compensation and Benefits The estimated starting compensation range is $55,631 – $98,467. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance. Note: programs are subject to eligibility requirements.
