We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Scrum Master to guide the successful delivery of complex, data‑driven solutions. In this critical servant‑leader role, you will champion and embed Agile principles, empowering one or more Scrum teams to operate in a high‑performing, self‑organized, and collaborative environment. You will serve as a trusted facilitator and coach, shielding the team from impediments, managing risks, and ensuring all Scrum ceremonies are effective, productive, and focused on value. You will drive a culture of continuous improvement, mentor the team and stakeholders on Agile maturity, and utilize key metrics to optimize predictability, efficiency, and the quality of delivery. Responsibilities

Responsible for running 2-3 Scrum teams made up of 7-9 members each which includes software developers, QA engineers, and a product owner

Facilitate the creation of the Team Agreement, Definition of Ready and Definition of Done

Run Scrum of Scrums between teams within the organization

Establish backlog refinement and sprint planning (as needed) to ensure that the right capabilities are developed

Partner with product owners, product managers and senior leaders to ensure that business objectives are understood in the features and user stories, epics and roadmap to be developed

Facilitate sprint planning, release planning, daily stand‑ups, stakeholder demos, and sprint retrospectives

Remove impediments/blockers in order to keep teams highly productive

Identify and manage dependencies with other internal or external teams

Provide metrics and team health status to senior management

Mentor on and ensure team members incorporate Agile/Scrum/Kanban best practices

Identify, track, report and facilitate the resolution of issues and risks

Implement and understand change practices, DevOps practices and processes

Create and track metrics of team progress, productivity and use the metrics to help the team get better (e.g., velocity, volatility, predictability and cycle time)

Provide support to the team using servant leadership and leading by example

In‑depth experience of Jira in creating dashboards, filters, reports, etc.

Build a trusting and safe environment for the teams to express themselves freely, collaborate and experiment

Train team on Agile principles and practices.

Cloud Certification Strongly Preferred.

Qualifications

BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field involving coding (e.g., physics or mathematics), or equivalent job experience required

5-7 years of professional experience managing technology projects with cross‑functional, matrix staff (including vendors) with high integration across multiple lines of business and technical discipline

2+ years experience as a Scrum Master to manage Agile projects with Agile software development methodologies, specifically Scrum or Kanban

Experience in being part of process improvement and/or change initiatives

Preferred

Advanced Certifications and Servant Leadership: Beyond a baseline CSM, you hold advanced credentials (like A‑CSM, CSP‑SM, or SAFe) or a formal Servant Leadership certification, demonstrating a deep commitment to the principles of coaching and team empowerment.

AI Implementation Experience: You have practical experience leveraging AI tools and concepts within an Agile framework, such as using AI for better backlog refinement, risk prediction, or automating team metrics and reporting.

Proven Change Management Expertise: You're not just a facilitator; you're a true agent of change management. You have a proven track record of navigating organizational resistance and successfully guiding teams and stakeholders through complex Agile transformations.

Deep Process Improvement Skills: You bring a strong process improvement mindset, potentially with experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or Kanban, and know how to apply these principles to identify waste, streamline workflows, and measurably boost team efficiency.

Holistic Product Development Insight: You possess a strong understanding of the entire product development life cycle (PDLC), from initial ideation and discovery through to deployment and market feedback, allowing you to better contextualize the team's work and facilitate broader alignment.
