Hybrid – 2–3 days a week in-office, with shuttle support for NYC-based employees

Compensation:
$70,000 – $85,000 10% bonus
About The Role We’re looking to hire a Social Media Coordinator for our US Brands. This individual is responsible for shaping and maintaining the online presence of Flora Food Group’s US brands, with a sharp focus on cultural relevancy and building brand iconicity. This role will support Violife, I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!, Country Crock, and occasionally our licensed or smaller brands/products.
What You’ll Do
Trend Monitoring: Keep a finger on the pulse with all things social! Whether it's following inspiring food accounts or making sure we are on top of real-time social trends, our Social Coordinator will proactively pursue new opportunities and optimization ideas.
Content Creation: Owner for all content creation and the content calendar.
Creator Management: POC for all content creators. Own the process start to finish with sourcing, onboarding, and executing content with creators.
Platform Management: Own scheduling all content and responding to all tagged content. Answer DMs and respond to all comments in a timely manner while maintaining consistent brand TOV.
CasC: Increase our visibility online through Commenting as Creative.
IAT Collaboration: Work closely with the brand and marketing teams to ensure our online presence supports business objectives for product launches, campaigns, etc. Responsible for sharing out content calendars with brand leads in a timely manner for feedback.
Performance Analysis: Own all social media reporting on a regular basis, making sure that important takeaways, optimizations, and insights get shared back to the brand leads for action.
Ensure our staying top of mind and on top of what's trending across social media.
What does it take to succeed in this role? About You
A self-prescribed “chronically online” love for social media
Winner’s mindset with a desire to create unforgettable brands
Deep understanding of branding and community building
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
2+ years of relevant experience in social media community management
Passion for food!
Stellar writing and communication skills
Passion for marketing communication and ability to identify and develop strong creative
Painstaking attention to detail and project management
Ability to balance multiple tasks and think creatively about solving problems
Clear comprehension of social best practices and finger on the pulse of what’s trending
Knowledge of social listening tools is a plus
Willing to travel as needed.
