The Opportunity We’re excited to partner with a thriving, patient-focused dental practice in Villa Rica, GA, seeking a Full-Time General Dentist to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and team-oriented provider looking for a long-term home in a supportive, high-volume environment.
Schedule
Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
The Position This established practice welcomes 250–300 new patients per month, offering a strong existing patient base and diverse clinical opportunities. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience, but the team is also open to new graduates who are eager to learn, bring a great attitude, and value collaboration.
Compensation & Benefits
Tiered collections model: 30%–34% (based on performance)
Negotiable base guarantee for the first 6 months
100% of lab fees covered
