About the Role We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Consultant to support ongoing financial planning and forecasting initiatives. The consultant will work closely with the FP&A and Financial Reporting teams to enhance forecasting models, streamline planning processes, and maintain system performance.
Key Responsibilities
Enhance and maintain Oracle EPM Cloud planning and forecasting applications
Design and update scenario models and driver-based forecasts
Manage metadata updates, business rule scripting, and Essbase cube operations
Support system patching, testing, defect triage, and performance tuning
Collaborate with finance teams to align EPM configurations with business needs
Required Skills & Experience
9–10 years of experience with Oracle EPM Cloud and Hyperion Planning
Strong expertise in metadata governance, business rules, and Essbase
Experience in rolling forecasts and driver-based planning models
Ability to troubleshoot performance issues and coordinate with technical teams
Excellent analytical and communication skills
